  • 1. Do You Offer OEM/ODM Service? 

  • Yes.  We have rich experience in OEM/ODM. We know all the processes for OEM and ODM. We now are supplier of Carrefour, iCandy, ARTOS, KMG and many other brands.

  • 2. Do you Offer FBA Service?

  • Yes. We are supplier of many Amazon sellers. We professional in providing private label service & FBA service. Also can help you to arrange the shipping to Amazon warehouse directly.

  • 3. What is the lead time for mass production? How will you ship the cargos? 

  • It’ll take 15~30 days usually, based on the quantity.
    Cargos will be packed in standard export cartons, or follow your requirements.
    Then the cargos will be delivered via Air (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx and Airlines) or sea, train.

  •  4. What will you do for quality control?

  • Our QC department will strictly supervise all the processes before shipping. Every of our products will do 3 times in-housing inspection before ship out to guarantee the best quality. If the items are damaged when you receive, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from us, we will accept return, then arrange replacement.

  • 5. What is your payment terms?

  • Usually by T/T in advance. Deposit should be paid when order is confirmed, and the balance should be paid before shipment.
